SC Powertech Return Policy
We offer a 10-day return policy for wrong or damaged parts and a 90-day return policy for manufacturer defects. This means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return for a wrong part or damage, or 90 days to request a return for a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a return of a wrong or damaged part, the item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with any labels or tags intact. For damaged parts, you must provide clear documentation (e.g., photos) of the damage as received. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
📦Return Shipping for Unwanted Items:
Please be advised that original shipping costs are non-refundable for items that are refused upon delivery or returned due to a change of mind. The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses incurred when returning unwanted products. In such cases, only the cost of the purchased item will be refunded; the original shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
📧 Starting a Return:
To start a return, please contact us at service@scpowertech.com. If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us with any return questions at service@scpowertech.com.
⚠️ Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong part, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. damaged parts, you must provide clear documentation (e.g., photos)
🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Electronic Parts: AVRs, Capacitors, Breakers, and any other type of electronic component.

Sale Items or Gift Cards.
💰 Refunds:
Once we've received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from our approval notification, please contact us at service@scpowertech.com.
